The Terra Firma Auto Group is one of the best car lots I have ever been on. He has a different approach that you feel valued right when you get out of your car. The manager Mark was really wonderful in communication with me via email since I have a prepaid phone. I came in the next day and drove off in the car I was inquiring about. He was really fair on the prices and working with me on the taxes/tag fees so I can get them paid. The process was really quick he gathered my info got the paperwork printed I signed and was on the road. He even had the guy do a last minute detail wash before I took it home. If anyone is looking for a used car I strongly recommend this auto group. Easy to deal with and get you back on the road.

We cannot guarantee your vehicle will not have issues throughout the loan; however we do the best we can in order to ensure reliable transportation.

Q: What kind of insurance is required to keep on the car during the loan?

A: We require full coverage insurance with a $500 deductible for comprehensive and collision.

Q: What methods of payment are available when making my car payment?

A: You have three options when making your weekly or bi-weekly car payment:

• Paying here on our website with a credit or debit card
• Calling in a credit/debit card
• Driving to the dealership and paying with cash/card/money order

We want to provide reliable transportation to our valued customer base. Therefore, we go above and beyond when it comes to the reconditioning process of our vehicles.

What you are buying:

• We strive to buy only the very best used cars in the Orlando area that have clean/non-branded titles
• Each vehicle for sale on our lot is put through a thorough 100-point bumper-to-bumper inspection by our trained mechanics
• During the 100-point inspection, we replace any defective parts and replace any wear-and-tear item that does not have at least 30% life left (such items may include tires, brakes, spark plugs, etc)
• Once the vehicle completes its 100 point inspection and its 100 mile test drive, we then spend anywhere from 4-8 hours detailing and shampooing the car from top to bottom.

As you can see, you will only be buying the most carefully inspected and cleaned used vehicles from us. At Terra Firma Auto, we put our full effort into reconditioning to ensure that you will leave with a reliable and affordable vehicle. We want you to be satisfied with the purchase you make.
